Alignment Messed Up

I have the same problem as the other reviewer. After saving the picture, the neon effects are placed a little off than where I put them while editing! Please fix this!!! Or I want my money back. Never have I used an app that moves the placement of my stickers after saving.

Pictures are shifting

When I apply one of the preset to my photo, it looks aligned in the app, but when I download it the photo shifts out of the alignment. I tried the one with the frame and when I download into my photo, the photo moved out of the frame. Can you fix this problem? Thank you.
