I love Neopets and this makes it so easy to shop and do some of the main dailies. Easier to feed Neopets because of quick load times. Thank you!!

Update Ruined The Shops
I enjoyed the app prior to the most recent update. Ever since the update, the shopping experience almost guarantees a shop ban. The average shopping experience on the app: open a shop, oh it’s empty, leave the shop, stare blankly at the screen while counting to 5, open a different shop, oh it’s empty, leave the shop, count to 5 and be sure not to accidentally count too fast because doing that too many times will get you shop banned for the next 12-24 hours. The “failed to haggle” when you typed the exact price for 30 seconds straight is awful. Compare that to PC where you can have as many shops as you want open in different tabs and just refresh them one by one in a line. You can use control f to quickly find a specific item, have the clock displaying the seconds so you can be sure not to refresh too soon, buy an item every 5 seconds, can see ALL shop items without having to scroll several times. PC has many perks over the app and the only thing that made the app shops useful was not getting a ban when moving from shop to shop. I’ve never had a shop ban (using both pc and app) until this update. Some warning about getting a ban would be nice btw. There are some things about the app that I like. I love that it is actively being updated and built upon. Adding the bank and more shops was nice! I love the garage sale shop and its layout is fantastic. The dump/second hand shop are poorly designed, awkward to navigate and you end up clicking random items you didn’t want. The counter x/10 or 13 is a nice touch tho. I really like the games in the app and prefer to play them in the app. TLDR: The regular shops are basically useless on the app and puts you at risk of a shop ban. Please revert the shop refresh change. The new additions to the app have been great. The UI for the dump is awful. The games are awesome and I’d love more.

Battledome Needs To Be Added

Neopets has been around for decades and is a community heavily focused on art and creativity which is why it’s very disappointing to see Ai art used for assets in the companion app. (Look at the scratch card kiosk wocky’s eyes when you scratch, it’s really obvious)
With the devs having denied using Ai for assets on the actual site before, it feels like they think we can’t tell. I would literally redraw the assets for free rather than support the use of Ai.
Neopets players are such a creative bunch and I can’t imagine that using ai rather paying someone to draw assets actually saves that much money. It’s just very disappointing and feels like it goes against everything that made Neopets stick around for as long as it has.

With love to Neopets
I grew up playing Neopets. I love the world, lore and franchise as a whole but it needs some work and I think this is a great starting point. Add a little mini game for grooming and feeding pets ect. Make homes v3 with all existing furniture upgraded to work with it. Idk man, just babbling, love neopets bro

App is Terrible
The games are limited and the system seems to fail every time you try to submit a score. There should also be a lot more than 4 mobile games available for play. Hasee Bounce, TNT Smasher, Kass Bash, TNT Staff Smasher and many more are mobile friendly games. I don’t understand why they’re not available to play on the app. You can’t access the Explore page from the app either, which is where I go to deposit money in the bank and check my pet into a hotel.

Very good so far, it functions well and it’s great for daily activities. Need access to more functionalities like the pound and battle dome to be worth using over the website.

Been waiting for a mobile app since 2008, it’s cool to see such a working app finally. It’s limited in what you can do, but I’m excited for it to expand and to include more. The new owners are so much better, finally fixed the site and they have really good support again

My account has been active since 2009 and I regret nothing. i love the game, its versatility and so on and so forth. the thing is its always been ahead of its time because there’s so many options within the game. if it were more up to date now it would really take off. I feel like there being a more virtual world within the gameplay is missing. this is from the era of kids who played pixie hollow, smalleorlds, habbo hotel, club penguin, webkinz, etc. and nowadays there’s no way to really get online and play with other players. something like that would be fun. also it’s literally NECESSARY to bring back key quest and creating / decorating your Neopets home. i also think as many games on the mobile app as possible would be great because a lot of really popular ones and old school ones i can’t play at all even on my laptop and i want to. i do think we should earn more NP from the games because it’s quite minimal. and i would absolutely play more games if we earned more. i also really like the idea that we can because many games you can’t really earn your money by just playing games within the game so that’s nice. basically as much as we can get going on the app as possible would be really great i think because it’s really convenient to be able to play on the phone. i do love how the app is going so far but i hope it’s not nearly done. also lastly i think maybe there should just be a Neopets video game via xbox / playstation. i think that would be a huge hit especially if players can link their online account. i’m just saying i hope somebody thinks about this and literally incorporating as much of the game play as possible into the game, not something entirely different.

The day the quest log makes its way to this it’s over for me
There’s obviously still reason to visit the browser for more in depth stuff, I know a large population wants to see more games on this but personally I think it’s best prioritised for actual dailies that just need doing. Most of the quest log dailies are doable from this app so it would be amazing if you could just clear those out while you’re here rather than open the browser to collect your stuff. That said, I love where this is at, being able to search in game shops with a pseudo shop wizard, smash out a quick game, get most of your wheels done, fishing vortex and omelette are a fantastic touch as well. I’m looking forward to see where it goes, and what more gets added. It’s a great check in tool, it doesn’t need to be a fully fledged wrapper of the site, but I’ll love it when there’s more to clear off anyway.
Also while I’m here I’m just putting in my vote to by some means necessary bring back the ability to natively play the Hannah games without a 15 step process that involves creating a boxed environment on my PC

Super handy
Yes it is limited but it’s not made to replace website neopets and it’s a great way to care for pets on the go. This really solves a problem for adult neopets players who sometimes just need a way to check quickly (or show their friends their cute little pets)
Pls add bank +shop management!
This is a companion app so it’s not meant to do everything! But I appreciate being able to check in on my Neopets and doing the dailies etc. I wish I were able to make deposits into my bank, and that I could see item descriptions/actions aside from feed or wear. Such as being able to add them into my shop. Looking forward to seeing what is added.
