My account has been active since 2009 and I regret nothing. i love the game, its versatility and so on and so forth. the thing is its always been ahead of its time because there’s so many options within the game. if it were more up to date now it would really take off. I feel like there being a more virtual world within the gameplay is missing. this is from the era of kids who played pixie hollow, smalleorlds, habbo hotel, club penguin, webkinz, etc. and nowadays there’s no way to really get online and play with other players. something like that would be fun. also it’s literally NECESSARY to bring back key quest and creating / decorating your Neopets home. i also think as many games on the mobile app as possible would be great because a lot of really popular ones and old school ones i can’t play at all even on my laptop and i want to. i do think we should earn more NP from the games because it’s quite minimal. and i would absolutely play more games if we earned more. i also really like the idea that we can because many games you can’t really earn your money by just playing games within the game so that’s nice. basically as much as we can get going on the app as possible would be really great i think because it’s really convenient to be able to play on the phone. i do love how the app is going so far but i hope it’s not nearly done. also lastly i think maybe there should just be a Neopets video game via xbox / playstation. i think that would be a huge hit especially if players can link their online account. i’m just saying i hope somebody thinks about this and literally incorporating as much of the game play as possible into the game, not something entirely different.

Super handy
Yes it is limited but it’s not made to replace website neopets and it’s a great way to care for pets on the go. This really solves a problem for adult neopets players who sometimes just need a way to check quickly (or show their friends their cute little pets)
Pls add bank +shop management!
This is a companion app so it’s not meant to do everything! But I appreciate being able to check in on my Neopets and doing the dailies etc. I wish I were able to make deposits into my bank, and that I could see item descriptions/actions aside from feed or wear. Such as being able to add them into my shop. Looking forward to seeing what is added.

I love the solitaire, this is a quick way to make sure you at least complete your daily spins and grab your omelette.

Great App
You certainly can't do everything that you can on the desktop site-- but this app has added so much in a short time. I'm excited to see what comes next.
It's okay.
There's only three games you can play (and the Sahkmet Solitaire doesn't pause when you hit pause. The timer keeps going), and you can't do anything with the items in your inventory. Bought a stamp? Okay well you have to go to your computer to put it in your album or on the trading post.
Got a junk item from the fishing vortex? Stuck there till you go on your computer. Can't check the daily quest log either.
It's better than what you'd think it would be, but it has a LONG way to go before it really feels like a worthwhile addition on your phone.

Great but wish
Great but wish neopets would incorporate a new way to play that would be more like Adopt Me as far as walking around and even trading. I’ve tried to get my daughters interested because I loved playing growing up but they prefer the Adopt Me setup. I think this would be a game changer for neopets.

Limited functionality while also having issues with what is available functioning. Obstacle Course Caper does not send score. The daily wheels work tho 👍🏻

Account Won’t Link
I have a NeoPass and I have everything linked I can log in on my phone through safari no issues on my computer or laptop but for some reason it will not connect and I tried to connect support but have to verify my email every time yet I get emails from Neopets so I have no idea what is wrongful
Disruptive ads
There’s not too much reason for anyone to download the Neopets companion app, it being a shadow compared to the desktop game.
The main issue I have with it is one ad in particular, where a bright red button keeps flashing at the bottom of the screen. It cripples the already lukewarm warm experience. It flashes constantly and sometimes reappears upon restarting. Please vet your ads a little better!

New event isn’t possible to complete
Managed to get the required score twice now and both times the app froze denying me the ability to submit score
Great for feeding pets and doing SOME dailies
Has been a great app for doing some of my dailies while on the go as well as making sure my pets are fed! Super easy interface, would love to see more of the mobile web page on here and can’t wait to see what the developers do with this app!
Promising
Can't do much with this app yet but unlike the spinoff apps it has promise. Would like to see more of the main game migrated to mobile like this. The ads are fine to fund the site but it doesn't seem like there's any actual advertisers? The X button on the top right is also almost completely out of frame on both iPhone 13 mini and iPhone 17.

The app needs to allow you consent to neopass access. I lucked out but the page doesn’t let you scroll enough to hit consent.
