Wont Let Me Hit “Play”
Downloaded this game and even had to try to delete and redownload it because at the opening menu, it wont even let me hit the giant “Play” button. Nothing happens. The setting button works. Kinda bummed that it’s literally unplayable. Lol.

I get to the main screen& once i click play, it wont do anything! I clicked so many times and it just wont go any further! I used to love neopets back in the day, so i was really wanting to play this game! Developers need to fix it asap!!!!
I want this to be great
I wish I could have finished playing beta for this game and the fae game but they are literally unplayable! They don’t load so I can’t play them, I hope to continue to beta test for neopets in the near future.
Complete Garbage
For MONTHS I haven’t been able to get past one of the quests because once I complete it, it errors out. Now when I click the play button NOTHING happens! So now I can’t even access the game. Go to create a support ticket… and it says message NOT sent. Try again, freezes the whole app.
I want to love this
Neopets is so nostalgic to me and I want to love this but when I download the app it loads in and then doesn’t do anything after you’ve hit “play”. When it’s fixed I will make sure to fix my review!! I hope neopets makes a return!!
Terrible
This app started out by having a ton of bugs and a year plus for a support ticket to be answered. Now, it won’t even open.

Can’t even play!
So I keep pressing Play but it just does nothing my mom played this as a kid she said it’s not the same very sorry I’m un downloading

It’s okay
No bug issues, no needs to reload, no major issues.
There isn’t much to do. It took forever for a few pieces to let me do what it was asking me to do.

Not fun, unimaginative
I get the premise of building games but atleast there is something to do in other games while waiting 24 hours to build something. This game doesn’t, you talk to a person then you have to build something and wait hours for it to finish. If you want to expedite the process it costs about $30 to speed up a 24 hour build. Then once you’re done building you talk to another NPC and have to do another 24 hour build. The game constantly crashes and resets progress, idk how it got all these high ratings. This game is not worth your time, honestly it feels like a countdown app, at least I know when it’s been a full 24hours.

Times Change But Functionality is Still Expected
I get that things change. I played Neopets back when that Nav bar was in the left side of the screen. But I’m not writing this to bash the progression of things. This game doesn’t function well. I try to send pets to the cafe but the option to confirm doesn’t appear unless I restart the app. Remaining resources after crafting are inaccurate. Also, while this may be intended, why do I have to craft tools every time I collect something new even if I have already crafted it? Even if I send one pet with the tool to gather something. Afterwards the tool has to be crafted all over again often using the resources I just gathered to craft something else. Frustrating. And I got to the point in the reporter quest line where I am supposed to connect evidence on the board. The only similarity is the claw marks on the shell and ice cube. It will not actually connect. However, when I go to see if anything has progressed I am still being asked to connect evidence. It feels as if if I do not connect evidence now the quest line cannot progress. It’s caused the question mark to remain as if I haven’t completed the task and the reporter will not do anything else. The bulletin board is strange too. I fulfilled requests there but the pets are still asking around the island for the items. I got the rewards but it seems like when tasks are completed, like the resources not reflecting usage, it is not acknowledged in every in game spot that it should. It’s almost like different clusters of information that should update according to other clusters are not connected so they’re all reflecting the wrong information.

They did shoyru dirty
I was so sad when I saw the 3D shoyru vs the 3D lupe the lupe was perfect. And shoyru looks so derpy. They literally made the models and toys perfectly so why ruin a good thing? Really nervous about what neopets is going to do in the future 😕

and please when it comes to the things you guys put out, dont do what you may think people want, please just research what your actual fans like, not what you think 5 year olds want because i guarantee youll become like nickelodeon and disney channel in our eyes and i dont want to see one of my favourite things IN LIFE wasted because people think they know what is genuinely marketable where brand longevity is concerned.

I so love this game but I wish you could battle like in Pokémon so you can have strong Neopets and the food would heal them
