Scam!!!!!
I paid my tolls when I received them on the App. Now I keep getting additional tolls and the company can not tell me what they are for. I drive this exact same route all the time. It normally cost me $25.00. This time I’ve paid them over $60.00 and am still getting additional charges daily. I’ve emailed the company with out any resolution. They keep sending me a website like that when you click on it takes you to a 404 error page.

Does not work in Illinois for Alamo car rentals.
As far as I know neoRide App does not tell anyone what states or what car rental agencies they cannot work with when you sign up for the app. So if you sign up in good faith assuming that they will be able to work with the rental car you are using they can do a bait and switch on you later and end up leaving you with additional fees that you should’ve never had to pay to the rental car company!

Potential Scam
I have not received any charge since 16 days ago I passed through a toll. Any friend using the app is having the same issue and they have been used it prior I downloaded it.
Unknown charges
My card keeps getting charged even thought i unregistered the card i just want all of it to stop super unsatisfied horrible company.

What’s going on
I’ve had the same frustrating issue with NeoRide twice now. The first time, I made a mistake, paid my tolls, and reached out for help since the app had no way to fix the error. It took a long time for them to respond, but after leaving a review, they asked me to remove it and promised to make things right if I gave them another chance.
I did, and before my December trip, I let them know in advance. Now, three months later, my funds are still there, but I have yet to be charged. Meanwhile, I’ve received three toll bills, one with extra fees. Customer support replies to my emails but avoids my actual questions and won’t escalate the issue. They keep saying, “It takes about three weeks, sometimes more,” but at this point, it’s been far too long.
NeoRide, if anyone from your team sees this, fix this immediately. This is unacceptable service.

Buyer Beware!
Used this app on a trip to Florida to cover the tolls/parking while on vacation. I kept checking to see if the money I loaded had been applied. Never happened. Two months later, I was charged $121 by the car rental company for driving through toll booths without paying. The NeoRide rep said that this was perfectly legal for the rental company to do. Sure enough would have been nice to know that was a possibility before trusting the app to work as advertised! $6 in highway tolls ended up costing me over $140. This, coupled with the fact that they don’t offer parking fee coverage in any of the major cities in any of the major cities I’ve visited make this app a complete waste of money.

Doesn’t work with Hertz rental car.
Before using the Hertz’s rental car, I signed up Neoride, and completed submitting all info about the car as the app instructed. After that, with a transponder closed, I passed through the toll-charged road or highway where EZPass-only toll gates are. 22 days later, Hertz service charged the fee with PlatePass service. It seems like, Neoride doesn’t cover the EZPass tollgate either.

This app is not functional. We were still charged for our tolls, and they refuse to refund the $5 activation fee, despite the service not working at all. Very disappointing!

At this point I am very upset at how bad the customer service is for this app. I don’t understand how it has almost 5 stars it’s been FOUR MONTHS since I made a trip out of my home town and till this day nothing I’ve been told it takes about a month at most now that I’m trying to reach out no one answers I’ve called 10 times in one day and nothing voicemail is full no respond to my emails I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP NOT TO MENTION I STILL HAVE MY $80 in my acct that hasn’t been used on any of my tolls THESE PPL ARE JUST TALKING YOUR MONEY AND IM PRETTY SURE ALL THESE GOOD REVIEWS ARE MADE UP.
