Won’t accept my Valid email address
App isn’t letting me create an account with my Gmail address. Keeps telling me to use a valid email address. About to send the strap back. It’s useless without the app.
An unknown error occurred
App no longer works for iOS . Uninstalled and reinstalled. Rebooted phone - no good. I’m guessing we won’t hear from the developers seeing dozens or reviews with no replies. I wasted $699 on this bracelet… Neosensory.com is also down. Real nice
Works well
I’ve used this device for over a year. It can be very subjective as to how well it works. I was without it at one point for a few months. My spouse kept asking if my hearing aids were working. Once I got the bracelet replaced she did not keep asking about my hearing aids. I also find following TV dialogue easier using this band while wearing my hearing aids. I find the app works well and being able to use the band in sleep mode to wake me to emergency sounds and at my preferred wake up time a bonus. I have severe to profound hearing loss and find this product worth the cost.

Poor app design
I’m on week five of this program. I can’t tell yet if it’s had a significant impact. But I’m committed to working for the entire two months. The most frustrating part of this program is the app. It is wildly rudimentary, and the most annoying thing is that if you accidentally close the app during a session, it shuts the software down, the timer resets, and you have to start all over again. There is absolutely no technical reason other than just sloppy design for this. I’m not the only person who has complained, but apparently, the developer doesn’t care about Customer feedback.
