Computer will not upload planed rides
For the price… this device is not very intuitive. It will not upload any planned rides no matter what method I use. The instruction manual is incorrect and very difficult to follow. It’s been a year since purchase and I am still trying to learn how to effectively use this device.

The app was working great and uploading my rides quickly
And suddenly after one ride as soon as I press the Bluetooth botton it gets out of the app and won’t let me upload my rides
I think a software upgrade may be required

Poor recording performance
The app has trouble with displaying correct ride map also looses map details. If the neosgps appears to have a slightly flat battery Bluetooth connections fail. Also you cannot manage your Neostrack fully from the app, you only have access to some features.
Works good but needs this badly!
The Neostrack Computer stores multiple bikes and tyre circumferences, great! But the app does not in anyway show which bike was used on each recorded ride !!!! I have to go to STRAVA to see individual bike data ????
This is NOT USEFUL !!! Update this app so we can keep track of which bikes were used for each recorded ride please !! Otherwise app does as its supposed to I have never had any syncing problems with STRAVA!

Works 30% of the time
Some features work all the time, but the ones needed seem to just make the app crash, such as uploading from computer to phone!
Nearly there
I like the neostrack head unit but the app needs work. It works flawlessly 90% of the time but sometimes crashes for no apparent reason, or won’t let you Bluetooth an activity over to the app from the head unit
Don’t bother
Dead app, server is shut down. Buy a Garmin.
Bad app
Doesn’t upload rides to app, doesn’t sync with Strava. Signed in to Strava on this app and it said “rides will be automatically uploaded to Strava in minutes.” After one day, no rides were uploaded. You can manually upload the ride file from the Neostrack to Srava if you plug it in with usb.
Giant makes great bikes and good hardware, but they need to hire better programmers.

Waste of money
Piece of garbage do not buy!!!
Not user friendly
Unable to open with ease on iPhone. Press the Neostrack app then press Log in with Strava, then Log in using Google. It then shoes up as error. Would be nice if this was fixed.
Missed rides
The app isn’t uploading all of my rides. I see them on the Neostrack device but when I try to sync the ride to the app, it’s telling me that all rides have been uploaded. Please fix...
Not great
This app needs work as does the Giant NeosGps bike computer. When setting up the custom views on for the NeosGps computer there isn’t an option to have current speed and average speed showing at the same time on the same screen. Also, the Bluetooth activity uploads to the phone app are painful, offending hanging and having to disconnect and reconnect Bluetooth repairing with the bike computer before it will upload. Could be a great app and bike computer but needs work.

So far so good, easy to use.

Need Fix For Strava Sync
As I use Google to login to Strava I can’t connect my account from this app because it uses an in-app browser and Google blocks it.
Needs work
Hopefully you work on it for the people using giants computer. Still needs a lot of work
