I cannot learn with this dynamic
The grading system is so bad and it takes 2x effort to gain points when you have a higher level. Snd the app is so buggy when youre doing mastery tests

i worked hard for 40 mins and only 300 points is given, it is not fair. and there should be subtitles, why is there a button for subtitles but cannot be used? tsk tsk, 20k points for 1 MT but less than 300 points per session is given. not fair i must say.
I hate this
Every time I’m done with the mastery test portion the app suddenly logs out my account. Therefore it will ask me to retake it again which consumes a lot of time.
A very stress full app
If this wasn’t part of my study I wouldn’t even download or search about this, this make easy words so much worse it didn’t teach me a thing

UNFAIR SYSTEM; Why Aim for C1 IF POINTS ARE STILL THE SAME?
Honestly, this app has been an incredibly frustrating experience. For a platform that claims to support language learning and CEFR progression, the system behind it feels poorly thought out and broken.
First off, there’s no real incentive to reach higher levels like C1—what’s the point of aiming higher if the points needed don’t change, but the weekly requirements do? It creates an unfair system where the difficulty increases, but the rewards stay the same. That’s demotivating and discourages real progress.
The app also crashes randomly, throws out errors often, and sometimes doesn't track progress correctly. It feels unstable, and that’s not something students can rely on when their grades literally depend on it.
Even worse, I've seen students being dropped by instructors for not reaching the 50% progress goal before midterms, not because they weren’t trying, but because the app failed to reward effort properly. Like literally they had to wait another semester to retake the subject because of failing to meet 50% progress goal and was no able to take the midterms examination. This creates a toxic learning environment. It’s no surprise that some students are intentionally lowering their pre-test scores just to avoid being placed in higher CEFR levels where the workload is heavier for the same outcome.
This system is fundamentally flawed. If NEOSTUDY is serious about education, it needs to rethink how progress, level placement, and effort are measured. Until then, I can’t recommend this app to anyone who genuinely wants to improve their English or succeed academically.

This app should be removed from school learning.
The points system should be reworked. It makes more sense that higher levels should receive a higher index of points earned per lesson session. Instead, C1 students earn the same range of points with lower levels, but ten times the effort. A B1 can earn 300 points for 10 minutes of studying, while a C1 earns the same 300 points for 40 minutes.
It is unfair, unreasonable, inconvenient, and time-consuming due to its tedious nature. Your app is all about earning points, but that in itself is a flawed system. This is why a lot of students deliberately choose to achieve a lower level in their e-test, less than what they’re capable of achieving, because higher levels provide a reward NOT equal to the effort exerted of earning points.
Please do better, for the sake of proper education and fair work given to the students. Otherwise, do not incorporate the neoStudy app to any school syllabus.

La app es una burla para cualquiera que siquiera pueda pronunciar algo de manera correcta , puedes deletrear una palabra con acento burlón pero no puedes hablarla fluido por que no las detecta , pesimo sistema de puntuaje

La odio, igual que a conalep ya que tengo que pasar por esta hpt app y me estresa bastante, y pongan voces que motiven ya que hay una voz en específico que te habla con muchos huevos y me hace enojar, como se me aguantara un vergazo, y que la cesaciones duren menos y den mas puntos, que es eso de 10 minutos y 300 puntos, no se mamen.
