I been emailing back and forth trying to verify my identity, erase old accounts and the only reason is so I can deposit the 30$ in the app and a 10$ voucher I bought by mistake, I say mistake because I will never buy another app, coupon, voucher or any other Neotrash, it never used to be this difficult, flexepin for days!!

Purchased 4x $10 cards online, added to my neosurf account , CANNOT USE, says error , please try again, thanks for being patient!!!! CANNOT EVEN WITHDRAW, everytime I use an option in account , it makes me log in/ sign up over and over then takes you right back to beginning , SUPPORT is absolutely useless and won’t refund … neo surf is an absolute SCAM

Refund issue
I have been waiting on my refund since 31st of May. I contacted customer service few times and never got any response back. Would not recommend Neosurf to anyone.
