Easy tracking of school bus

I am using it for last two years and this application is accurately tracking bus status most of the time. It is helping the parents to track the school bus for a particular route.

This apps helps me to drop and pickup my kids. It has live tracking , alerts those will help a lot to track and plan drop and pickup.

It’s a nice app where we can find out our live school van location we can be ready accordingly without any delays,in same way we can track the van is it moving in a right track..

Absurd and abysmal app support

This app has multiple issues. For starters the GPS tracking is not accurate and delayed by at least 20 mins. When we submitted a support request these guys simply pushed it back to us with ask to fill in complete profile info

When the profile and other details are already available in the app they have no legitimacy to ask the same details, move ticket to processed state with no option to reply or reopen

These guys are making money for worst service

Good app for tracking school bus

It’s great to be able to track the movement of bus. Voice alerts were better. Now I’m getting just a ding and I do not get to know if it’s NeoTrack app or another app and have to pick up the phone to check the alert. It would be great to get back the voice alerts whenever the school bus is approaching.

Best App for School kids

This is an amazing app which allows us track the school bus. The notification is another good feature helps us to remind when we are held up with some work. At times the kids are made to switch buses for special class and other activities if only this app can accommodate the same it would be very useful and the purpose will be fulfilled 100%

Completely useless

Have had extremely bad experience with the app. Majority of the time it doesn't work. Shows an error message that tracking is unavailable.

Notification issue in iPhone 13

The notification numbers is displayed always even after reading all the notifications.

Very good service

I am thankful to NeoTrack . As new session started for my child and I was not able to login . .I had a chat on WhatsApp with NeoTrack and within 1hr my app started working

GPS tracking

Better than previous vendor, however there is lag in showing the accurate location.

Very low downtime

Having used many other apps for tracking in the past years NeoTrack has never failed. It helps a lot in managing our time. The best part is very low downtime till date (almost a year)
