Excellent App for the Nepali Community – Clean, Secure & Very User-Friendly
I’ve been really impressed with the recent updates to the Nepal Niwas app. The developers have added many useful features like the Nepali calendar, live exchange rates, and in-app messaging, which make the app much more convenient and practical for everyday use.
The UI is very clean, modern, and easy to navigate. Unlike many other apps, it doesn’t bombard users with annoying ads, which makes the overall experience feel smooth and professional. Everything is designed in a very user-friendly way, even for people who are not very tech-savvy.
One thing I especially appreciate is the verification process for listings. It’s clear that listings are individually reviewed, which makes the platform feel much safer and more trustworthy compared to many other marketplace apps. I recently listed a property in Chitwan, and the entire process was simple, fast, and hassle-free.
Overall, Nepal Niwas feels like a well-thought-out app made specifically for the Nepali community with a strong focus on usability, trust, and quality. Highly recommended!

Easy to search home
Very good app. Easy to find home and rentals. I like the homes how they pop up on the map. The best thing I like here is : the listing made can be public and private as per you need to.

I especially appreciate the map integration and detailed descriptions, which help me assess locations without needing to visit in person. However, I’d love to see the app available on iOS and would welcome features like a mortgage calculator or legal guidance to make the process even smoother. Overall, it’s a reliable and modern tool that adds real value to Nepal’s property market.
