Not Lifetime
I made the lifetime purchase in 2024. I went to use the app today and itโs telling me that I need to make a purchase again.
Not happy
I paid a one time fee for a hole year to be able to use this app and itโs asking me to pay again for it? Not cool. So not happy ๐
Dysfunctional of sharing bottom
With the best , I tired to reach many times customer service by sending email, nobody answer me back. I have annual subscription. I m not sure the problem how is disappeared but I n not able share my data because the share bottom is not working! I reinstalled the app and installed but the problem is still there !

The app is great but the developer needs to update or put in a rolling update so the ai is accurate with date related events and times.
It glitches a lot
I really enjoy the app but lately itโs been freezing up and wonโt allow me to use it. And I pay for the subscription. And if Iโm paying the subscription but not able to use the app Iโm just wasting money. Itโs very disappointing but has the potential to be a very good and helpful app.
Lifetime subscription is a scam
I bought a lifetime subscription with NerdAI on my old Android phone, and got a new iPhone. tried signing in my old account, with no success. Turns out customer service sees lifetime subscription as Device-specific. Meaning, if you want to save money and buy the lifetime purchase and you lose/break your phone or ,worse yet, it gets stolen, thatโs on you. Not fair at all!
