Great App when it is not Freezing up!
Love the app but it has been freezing up for the past few months. Some days,I can’t use it at all. Please update the app.
Not Lifetime
I made the lifetime purchase in 2024. I went to use the app today and it’s telling me that I need to make a purchase again.
Not happy
I paid a one time fee for a hole year to be able to use this app and it’s asking me to pay again for it? Not cool. So not happy 😕
Dysfunctional of sharing bottom
With the best , I tired to reach many times customer service by sending email, nobody answer me back. I have annual subscription. I m not sure the problem how is disappeared but I n not able share my data because the share bottom is not working! I reinstalled the app and installed but the problem is still there !

Sem pagar o app acerta todas as respostas, mas quando você paga ele erra todas as questões

All the math AI apps i used, charged me for money to take pictures and get explanations for my problems without having to pay!! Thanks Nerd AI!!!
It's really good app

Update
The app is great but the developer needs to update or put in a rolling update so the ai is accurate with date related events and times.
It glitches a lot
I really enjoy the app but lately it’s been freezing up and won’t allow me to use it. And I pay for the subscription. And if I’m paying the subscription but not able to use the app I’m just wasting money. It’s very disappointing but has the potential to be a very good and helpful app.
Lifetime subscription is a scam
I bought a lifetime subscription with NerdAI on my old Android phone, and got a new iPhone. tried signing in my old account, with no success. Turns out customer service sees lifetime subscription as Device-specific. Meaning, if you want to save money and buy the lifetime purchase and you lose/break your phone or ,worse yet, it gets stolen, that’s on you. Not fair at all!

Thank you

Awesome
I use this app for my self & grandchild
Terrible
You took $6.99 again in Jan. 2026 when I had canceled a year ago, and yet you are still able to take $ from me, how and why? You owe me, and should refund me back all the money you have been taking from me every month since I canceled a year ago with you!
So
Was wrong most of the time
