Disappointed
I am disappointed with the performance of the Nerolac Sathi app. It constantly processes without completing tasks, forcing me to re-login repeatedly. The app crashes frequently, especially while checking invoices, which is extremely frustrating. Additionally, the CN and GST claim process could be much smoother. Overall, the app needs significant improvements for a better user experience.
