WARNING: NeroPAY Withheld My Funds, Blocked Me & Misleads People With Fake Reviews
I want to strongly warn all business owners: DO NOT trust NeroPAY. They held onto my funds, ignored my messages, blocked me after asking for answers, and constantly gave false promises. This company is not what it appears to be.
Here’s what happened:
• My customers placed genuine orders on 20 June 2025 and 24 July 2025, and I used NeroPAY on my WordPress site to collect the payments.
• Both customers received their orders with full FedEx tracking and confirmed they did not use any stolen cards.
• When I tried to withdraw the money, NeroPAY flagged my account, saying there were “suspicious activities.” I provided all the documents they asked for — tracking, customer emails, proof of delivery — everything.
• After that, they changed their WhatsApp number without notice, started ignoring me, and then claimed it’s a “third-party” issue with Stripe.
• I contacted Stripe directly, and they confirmed the issue is entirely within NeroPAY’s control.
• On 9 July 2025, their CEO messaged me personally, promising the funds would arrive in 5 working days. That never happened.
• When I followed up, they sent copy-paste replies and told me to “open a ticket.” When I reminded them of the WhatsApp promises and said, “what a joke” (not abusive), the CEO blocked me.
• I called their office again. The CEO came on the phone and instead of helping, he shouted at me and threatened to block me from everywhere.
• On 21 July, I was told I’d receive the funds in 5–10 working days. That deadline has passed. My email from 31 July has been completely ignored.
Manipulated & Fake Reviews
Before you trust their 4+ star rating, know this:
NeroPAY offers people £15 in exchange for a 5-star review. That’s how they’re inflating their rating — by bribing people. I’ve seen this myself, and others have too.
Even their Facebook reviews are fake — the profiles are clearly not genuine, many have no activity or photos, just random names giving 5 stars.
They are deliberately misleading people by paying for good reviews and silencing or ignoring anyone with real complaints.

• The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
• The Financial Ombudsman Service
I have kept all evidence, including WhatsApp messages with the CEO, email communications, proof of delivery, and customer replies.
