Plan was 4G but not stated anywhere in checkout
Bought a data plan, nowhere was it stated that it was 4G rather then 5G in the purchase process. They refunded me but then pettily banned my account.

Purchased 4 eSIMs so far in 2 different Asian countries and all worked well. For best experience, suggest turning off other eSIMs and installing after arriving in country. Responsive support and good help resources in the app also.
