Appears to Be a Repackaged Damaged Product
Received a shattered glass item. The packaging and condition of the product make it appear as though repackaging was done, and the damage should have been caught during quality checks. It felt like a damaged product was knowingly dispatched. Very disappointing experience.

Doubled wall flower coffee mug
Very very poor quality. There is gaps in between cup wall from where coffee is leaking. Price is too high. I will advise not to buy this product at all. I returned first order. They didn’t return money. They kept in their wallet, so I was forced to buy another lot without any option for refund . I am regretting to go for this product.

Don’t buy anything from Nestasia—you’ll regret it. The product quality is poor, and their app is terrible. The order option doesn’t work, and even after multiple complaints, they never resolve the issue.
On top of that, they don’t refund the return amount to your bank account. Instead, they force it into the Nestasia wallet. This feels like a trap for customers.

They steal money
If you ever place a return they will never give you your money back. Twice i ordered products and they came in broken. I never got the refund for it. They owe me almost 3k and it is next to impossible to explain customer care the maths. They act dumb. Also the only mode through which they revert is whatsapp msgs, they don’t pick calls!! The worst experience ever. Have told everyone around me not to buy from them as it’s just a waste of time!

Expensive
The rate of each product i bought after seeing the product i find them very expensive. The another main issue i found with the products is that the bowls with tray, the depth of each tray is very less. It falls very easily n gets damaged. If u really want to work on product make their depths more so that bowls doesn’t fall n ask the rate genuinely. The products don’t deserve this much amount for such quality.

Add an estimate for delivery date
The app is fine except there is no way to know when the product will be delivered. Please add a delivery date feature so we can know when we can expect our order.
No help from customer care
I bought one item from your app but due to some reason I returned it and wanted to buy something else but your return process is so long, I haven’t got my money back in Nestasia wallet so that I can buy something else. it’s been 10 days and your customer service is also not working. Nobody is picking up and nobody is reverting on WhatsApp. What should I do now!?

My order and refund details are nit visible
If i go to my order page its blank. I can’t see my previous order information also i received a set of tumbler broken and i cant see the refund amount because they themselves decided to refund in their wallet now i can’t utilise the money because its nit visible anymore. Pathatic app

Very poor customer service . We have to wait for hours to attend our call by customer service team & they cut the call before hearing our full query .And also there is no other refund option rather than nestasia wallet . Its very inconvenient . What to do if we don’t want to purchase anything else from them .

Beautiful items at bad quality and customer service
Very few products are of good quality and when you want to return it, the amount comes in your Nestasia wallet and you have to finish it by ordering something.
Returning and getting new ordered delivered is a task.

Fraud Team and irresponsible
I have placed an order of household item of an approximate value of 1500 rs and the items received with damages so i raised pickup to return the items 17th October 2024. Until now i am receiving the notification daily that the item will picked up today apart from being cheated everyday there is no response from them

Improve your app suggestions
It is a big brand still its is not user friendly app. We can’t see more details about app profile and home , order tab doesn’t have track option we cannot track in the app itself. Where it is ? What is the status of order out for delivery packed or what?? We can’t see help option under the order tab. App should we more descripited and more user friendly. I really love nestasia but its takes 20 min to me to understand where I can take help of customer care. Still can’t see more option to understand more about brand help or return thing…

App does not work properly
The links in the app do not work at all times. I am unable to see list of orders in the “My Orders” page. Wishlist takes time to load. There is no option for in-app chatbot to help resolve queries/ complaints. The help section and returns and refund process is also not well streamlined.

I bought gifts for my best friend and for my sister recently, The products came as it is, loved it and the order experience was also smooth.
Wreath
I ordered a floral wreath but the I received defected product. Several parts of it had already come off of it and the flowers were incomplete. Packaging and handling could have been better
