Nestco

Nestco makes it easy to share a holiday home. The summer cottage, the mountain cabin, the farm or the apartment abroad you share – with family, friends or colleagues – should be a source of joy, not hassle. Nestco brings all the practical bits together in one place, so you can stop endlessly scrolling the group chat. PLAN STAYS See at a glance who's at the house and when. Book your weekends and weeks in a shared calendar, avoid clashes and keep track of who comes and goes. KEEP THE HOUSE TOGETHER • A house manual with everything you need to know – from where the main water valve is to how to start the sauna • A maintenance plan and projects so nothing gets forgotten • Fault reports when something breaks • A document vault for drawings, insurance and contracts SHARE THE EVERYDAY • Pantry – see what's already at home before you shop • A shopping list everyone sees in real time (turn your phone for Shopping mode in the store) • A feed and chat to stay in touch • A handover report when you leave the house to the next guest STAY ON TOP OF THE MONEY Split expenses fairly, keep an eye on the maintenance fund and see who paid what. FOR EVERYONE WHO SHARES Nestco is for those who co-own a holiday property or keep it in the family – and also for you who lend out your holiday place. Got an apartment abroad a colleague wants to borrow for a week? Give time-limited guest access that switches off automatically when the stay ends. Available in Swedish and English. Your place, together.
