Had high hopes for this, as much as it’s promoted through Bright. Maybe put as much time into development as you do into advertising and promotion. Perhaps ensuring that it will actually make an agents job easier would be a first step in QC before releasing to the public.

Utterly useless
A home-finance person recommended this as being “better than Zillow”, so I tried it. Well … Zillow certainly has its share of issues, but this app is about 100 times worse: search is incredibly bad (like, it doesn’t even recognize zip codes accurately?!?????), filters are not deep enough (nor accurate), and listings fail to display even the most basic, crucial info (i.e. HOA fees) on this app.
This is simply a garbage app, plain and simple.

Good idea poorly executed
The app is glitchy and difficult to navigate. And limited in functionality.
Can't make changes
I was just informed from our association that we can now make changes to our listings but when I try to change something it doesn't work. Waste of time
