ads at the worst timing
i've been using this app since it first came out to check bus timings and so far it has been accurate, alhamdulillah! but what's really annoying is that the ads come at the WORST timing!
imagine being late and you only have a few seconds to decide which bus you have to take, then you open the app and then THE AD POPS UPS FIRST AND MAKES U WAIT FOR 10 SECONDS???ššš
do better pls maybe put ur ads as a banner instead of a pop up or smtg

This app is getting worse
Recently live bus estimation service is down, feedback twice but no response. Like earlier on feedbacked on the same issue also no response. When I first downloaded this app the responses are very fastā¦ nowā¦ so many ads and sometimes has to tap 3-4 times just to get a main page because of the ads. Movie cannot book, app not working. Does the developer still cares about this app?

Redeemed Nestia hoody U-shape pillow
I have redeemed a Nestia Hoody U-shape pillow on 17 Feb and have send a few email to your staff Selina to confirm the collection date and time . The last email I send to her was 11 Mar . Todate there is no reply from her.

MRT map not updated
Nestia has been my to go to app for managing options to use alternative transport. However, it is a pity MRT map is not updated with the latest TEL line. I would consider using the app again if the map is updated.
Unreliable and doesn't work and can't give feedback
I took bus 972M from Orchard, the app was not tracking the bus's movement even though I was on the bus and turned on the alarm. As a result I missed my bus stop by several stops and was late to my appointment and had to arrange for someone to come pick me up. This app is non-functional and not user friendly at all. Would not recommend to anyone. I can't even give my feedback on the app because the fields don't allow me to key in my email and contact number.

Mrt Lines Not Updated
Have been using this app for few yrs. Realise the mrt lines are not up to date, esp for TEL. Please update the version soon & also the occasion bug when screen went black after ad. Thks
Its not accurate
This app has so many ads and everytime I skip it theres always a black screen and a small x on top of the screen. When I press on the x it doesn't help me skip instead is stuck there and I have to reopen the app again.
The other thing is that the time for the buses is always not accurate.

We were caught off guard of sudden rain outside MRT starion then we saw this umbrella rental service. Signed up and taught we could get umbrella right away already but NO, they asked Singpass verification including data that they need thatās so questionable: āRegistered addressā. After that still cannot use because thereās no Apple Pay. You think Apple users would have their card memorized right on the spot? Who the hell not use Apple Pay now? We ultimately chose to run through the rain instead.
PS I never do reviews for how many years now but this matter needs to be put out there.

Annoying adds
The app itself is ok but what gets on my nerves is sometimes when we open the app, there is always adds that I canāt close, making me have to quit and open multiple times. Its very annoying! Please make some changes to those adds that donāt close at all
Annoying to use
This app is so full of advertisements that itās impossible to properly use without having to constantly wait. Opening up the app starts an ad that you have to click through several buttons to exit which makes checking bus timings so tedious.
Can't click off the ads when they are finished!
Hi team could you fix this issue whereby usually when we open the app there would be ads coming in. But once they are finished there would be a cross on the top right corner, I can't seem to click on the cross and my screen just stays black with the cross. After constantly clicking on the cross it doesn't do anything, and it's not my phones problem as well be other people are also experiencing the same issue.
Pls fix this as its quite annoying that I have to keep refreshing the app multiple times until I can finally open the app properly

The ads bug
Recently the pop-up ads canāt closeā¦ even when you clicked the cross..thereās no any reaction!
That means you wonāt be able to check the bus, movie ticket whatever.

Too many ads and ads hangs
Too many ads!! I want to be able to quickly see the bus timings and the ads come up!! And the close buttons for the ads cannot be closed, I have to restart the app three times to fix this bug every time!! Worst app, do not download
The new bus/mrt information is confusing
I used them for many years for bus timing. Recently,they changed the platform format and it is horrible. The bus numbers did not stand out at all. I guess the developer and approver never had to use a bus guide for transport. Hopefully they could revert back to the old format.
Stuck on the ads page
Was a great app, never bothered by the ads. However recently, the āXā button on the ads donāt seem to work, and I am stuck on the ad page for ages (the ad doesnāt even end after some time, it just keeps flashing CLICK HERE TO DO SURVEY. I have to keep quitting and reopening the app till it changes to an ad where the āXā works). Tried to leave a feedback on the app, but I could not key in my contact details (when I typed no words came out). Save yourself the frustration and use other apps, there are plenty on the market.

Real time update and GPS tracking of your live bus journey
This App is sufficient enough, I would say. Cos it has all public transport related live updates, your live bus route journey, and even suggests the fastest/shortest route for your MRT train rides, which I find it very straightforward. Just the occasional advertisement when you want to switch back to this App, it is a little annoying.

The MUST HAVE app in SINGAPORE!!!
Was recommended by a friend on my first week of relocation in singapore, super useful and i now access the app everyday to read news and do my grocery ordering! Definitely a MUST HAVE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE NEW TO THE COUNTRY!!!!
Great Apps
Apps with most updated information be it news/article/video/4D or TOTO result. Sometimes news or article may repeat but it's ok as long updated news/article is up to date. Loving the apps so much. Need to pay monthly for the ads to be remove. Find it irritating when ads may take 5sec to finish. People out there should download this apps soon.
