Not usable

I downloaded the app because the mobile website for product information is basically unusable. So, what does the app do? It links you to the unusable mobile website. Ugh!!! So, I deleted the app and take the spiral-bound little product catalog with me. You would think nestle could hire decent enough IT people to make a usable app that clinicians could actually use.

Doesn’t work

This app won’t even open on my iPhone with the correct version loaded.

The new(ish) version is terrible

Unfortunately this app actually used to be helpful but now it is terrible. This is not for the clinician as the app so states. You have to wait for it to load and then go through multiple clicks before you find the product you’re looking for. Only to find out the nutrition information is only for 237ml flavored containers even though you’re using this app to get the information to calculate a tube feed from a 1000 ml ready to hang bag. Yes I can do the math but this is ridiculous and not helpful. It’s quicker to google the product.

app crashes

I used to love this app and used it daily. Unfortunately, ever since the update a few months ago, the app doesn’t work. It’s either blank when opened or crashes (despite deleting and re-downloading the app several times).

I loved using this guide. I am a Dietitian and at my facility we use mostly Nestle products, but for over a week there is just a blank screen with lines. No product info. I called for a booklet and I was told the new version will not be out till December. Thank God I have an old saved.

It isn’t even functional

If I could give this zero stars I would, I opened it and it’s just blank. Also it is nearly impossible to find a printable nutrition product guide on your site. Please make this more easily accessible for RDs. This app is horrible and it was my last resort as I can’t find a product guide to print out at all.

HTTP Error 404.0 - Not Found

The nutrient composition for the formulas is helpful for me at work (I’m a Clinical RD). However, it would be nice if the tools included in this app worked, but most do not.

Great app but since the new iPhone launch it just loads and loads....

Issues

I have always loved this app until the new update. It now doesn’t work half the time. Also said they updated the logo and it also didn’t work and now I just have a blank square with lines in it!

Not user friendly

The text is too small to read and the icons are not Retina display friendly
