I can’t see my MAC address on my IPhone! I installed the app many times and same results, I can’t see no MAC address!
Serious problem don’t download the app
They not mentioning anything about a payment they just updated the app saying the they fixed some issues but the truth is they put a payment and asking for a subscription now

The worst experience
I used this up before without issues however recently my licence was switched off saying it’s expired despite having 1.5 years left till expiration.the app isn’t uploading the channels at all , I’ve purchased a new one for my to still the same problem , channel list are not uploading. Before after purchasing the licence all will be automatically uploaded….not it’s empty . They are suggesting to add URL or M3U from where I don’t get it as don’t send you those links to add them . When I’ve contacted them they don’t answer … just pathetic… don’t waste your time and money with them look for something d3cent.

I do not recommend updating “2.7”,,, A very bad application and not worth trying. The application was free, then it was updated and mentioned that small problems were fixed, only to be surprised that the application was closed and all the data was gone and the application became for a fee. It did not mention that in the description

Not working since latest update
Since latest update the app doesn’t work. Once it’s opened it tries to load the channel list and hangs like that. I’ve tried to close and reopen app, restarted phone but it made no difference. Please fix it!

Keeps crashing and no customer service
Unfortunately the app keeps crashing. When I reached out to customer support, I received a pre-defined message that does not address my question at all. So, I requested a refund.

Good but lot of room for improvement
The app gives you basic functionalities and it is working OK. The interface is confusing at the beginning. Would be nice to refine the interface and add some functionalities to improve the user experience like 1) support for picture in picture (PiP); 2) support of background audio when you exit the app; 3) ability to order the favorites.

How to go back?
It looks like the app is not optimised to use in iphones. I purchased the full version and yet i had to exit and close the app to end a movie and open another one or channel. Is there a way to go back to the main menu?
