Sorry to see others are having problems with this handy little app. It works well for me, although our firewall at work blocks it. I can use it in cellular anywhere and on wireless on networks configured to allow it.

It works, and no ads
The user interface is very simple, not as fancy as speedtest.net, but it works. Best of all, no ads. No complaints for a free app like this.

Does not work!
I got the pro version and every time I try to run a test it just says "error cannot ping" whether I'm on wifi or cellular. I wish I could rate it zero stars. Completely useless and being deleted immediately! Speed test.net is a much better app plus it's free

App doesn't find any servers. Therefore useless
Open/crash/open/crash, etc.
App will not open (on my iPad 2 running iOS 5.1.1); ...click on its icon and it bounces me back to the home screen. Why must developers do their beta testing in our living rooms? Please, get it to work before you put it onto iTunes!
Speedy network testing
Using this I found out I was getting 16mbps and paying for 30. WOW (Knology) says it's my power line Ethernet slowing it down. Need to test from other end of house where I have a direct wifi to the modem.
Doesn't work
No matter which server you choose, around the country or world, they all say the server is to busy, try another time. App is broken.
Crashes
I have a version 4 ipad running iOS7 and can't get this app to work properly. It keeps crashing on me. Waste of $2.99. Sometimes the crashes are so bad my whole pad crashes. I am deleting it.
Great App
Finally, an internet speed tester that tells you which internet connection it is testing. Love the upload AND download speed data, as well as the latency and ability to trace the connection to the host server. Great job.

This is the best app of it's kind!
Works as described.
This app does what it says it will do. It is accurate, and for a version 1 app I give it 5 stars. However, I expect to see additional refinements and features in future upgrades.
