OTP issues
Got a new phone, app wants an OTP, despite my number being correct ( Netcare site) I never get the OTP, so the app is pretty much useless now :-/

Tried to do a preadmission and stuck at last step
Few bugs, but good
The app is good overall but there are constant "Internal Server Error" messages popping up on the home screen. I am also not able to see my pre-admissions for my dependents even though I can see it on the website.
Not intuitive
Not easy to navigate. No search function. Who decides where items belong? Stupid set up.
Worse app on the AppStore!
I wish I could add screenshots, this app is terrible, the passwords don’t work, they don’t save and every time you try to use it, they tell you that the password needs to be reset. When you reset it, it tells you that you don’t have a profile. It loops like this over and over. Don’t waste your time like I did.
