Denying refunds

I had the same problem as another reviewer. I was charged after cancellation on the same day. Whether or not this developer says they have two types of subscriptions and they indicate which one has a free trial, it’s misleading and more and more people are experiencing the same problem. I did what the response from them said, and contacted Apple for a refund. I WAS DENIED! Why would I cancel the same day if I wanted it? I’ve asked Apple to file a dispute. This is not uncommon among some developers. It’s called Bait and Switch. Beware of this developer! They say ask for a refund so others can see false honesty. They will not refund your money!
