I see the photo of what its supposed to look like and whats available to use in the app on here. But what i see in the app doesn’t match. Only got half the options
Become very useless
This app need updating urgently. It almost useless. Can’t even login.
Not supported?
Used the QR code ON the NETGEAR router’s screen to get the app, then connected to it inside the app, only for the app to tell me the app is not supported for this router. What?! Disappointing miss for otherwise solid company.

Does the job, not sure why people trash it so hard but it works well with a Nighthawk
MR6110-1TLAUS
No support accessible from Netgear when I couldn’t get the app to work at all with the MR 6110 until I had the App and MR 6110 hotspot working together. Fixed - by myself. I had the device working and internet connection, I could not get the App to work with it. A long Chat session with my local ISP supplier did not resolve the issue and I was given authority to have the MR 6110 replaced. As a last resort I removed the device SIM, cleaned the SIM contacts and reinstalled the SIM and App now works successfully and easily with the device, the combination is good.

Keeps asking for password
Not bad but obnoxious as it keeps asking for a password even though it is already filled in and trying to authenticate.

My attempts to add new Wi-Fi networks for Wi-Fi Offloading have been thwarted recently as this app refuses to accept verified legitimate WPA2 passwords. Sometimes (but not always) the interface is kind enough to provide the following embarrassingly flawed error message in red:
‘The password length should be 8 and 63 characters long’
This logically impossible and erroneous password length requirement suggests the bug may relate to an error introduced to password field validation during an update. Apparently sometime in the past year?
An effective regime of Unit Testing (LOOK IT UP) would have prevented your software developers introducing such a bug.

Accessibility is Bad
Please test using VoiceOver. The web UI works and is great so I don't understand why the app is so atrocious for screen-reader accessibility.
But, honestly, you're not missing much without the app, except for push notifications for new alerts/messages. If only the device could email them to you instead … and there's no function for composing a new text, which is trouble when you want to activate a package by text message, which you have to do sometimes.

Netgear Nighthawk M6 Pro 5G Wi-Fi 6E Hotspot Router (MR6550) – Honest Review
The interface is adequate for basic device management and setup, though nothing exceptional. Performance is decent when the device is cool, but it tends to overheat easily, especially during extended use or when multiple devices are connected.
Battery life is a major drawback — it drains quickly, takes too long to recharge, and frustratingly doesn’t seem to accept charging from a power bank, which limits portability.
The most frustrating issue is a persistent bug in the app: between sessions, the Terms and Services page constantly pops up with no way to close or bypass it. The only workaround I’ve found is to force close the app entirely from my iPhone. I’ve kept the app updated, but the problem remains.
Netgear really needs to fix this Terms and Services popup issue — it’s disruptive, and it makes managing the hotspot more frustrating than it should be.

Keeps showing agreement
Each time I open the app it shows an agreement document with no way to accept or acknowledge
Useful app for managing Nighthawk
I find I use this a lot to check the settings on my Netgear Nighthawk. I can confirm that it runs on a Macbook but the screen is rotated. Nevermind as the web interface is OK as well
Not a good app
Says that it supports the M6 Nighthawk but when I try to connect my iPhone to it a message pops up saying that it doesn’t support it.
And it’s not listed in the list of modems that it doesn’t support.

Garbage support and worse app
Says the m6 isn’t supported when it’s on the list
App keeps cycling signon
Worked at first. Now 4 days later won’t sign in. Signs in and see the main menu but then touch anything and it goes back to sign in. Recycles itself on sign in every 20 seconds.
