User reviews

Nearly not operational

Can not click on anything within the app.

Netlogger companion

I really like this app. However, when I am in the AIM Window, and I touch where to type Text, it does not bring up the keyboard like it used to. There may be a problem somewhere in the app itself.

Netlogger Companion 5.1.0i

Update two weeks ago makes my text msg and incoming text msg.s keep repeating.

Also, the Quit button doesn't work.

Improved

The developer improved the app to work much better.

Response from developer

Apologies that you're having issues with using Netlogger Companion. I have just released v5.1.0 which allows a user to observe a net without subscribing and introduces logic to better control API calls and cache data. This should alleviate the issues that you're facing however, this is a limitation that the host of the API has put in place, not the mobile app itself.

Crashes too often

The app worked well once the first time. Then after rebooting for a fresh app and iPhone, the app crashes every time and gives error message that “too many requests” Disappointed after I gave the developer $$$
