Apologies that you're having issues with using Netlogger Companion. I have just released v5.1.0 which allows a user to observe a net without subscribing and introduces logic to better control API calls and cache data. This should alleviate the issues that you're facing however, this is a limitation that the host of the API has put in place, not the mobile app itself.

The host of the Netlogger API limits calls to ensure all users are served in a timely manner. Jumping through nets quickly can cause a 429 error "Too many requests" to be issued. This is not a limitation of the mobile application itself, but a protection measure to prevent overuse of the Netlogger API. v5.1.0 introduces logic in the app to better control extraneous API calls and cache data to prevent the issues you're facing.
