Privacy issue - tries to access clipboard
App itself seems ok.
But recently it tried to access my clipboard whenever something has been copied. I can think of no good reason why this app should try to access my clipboard.
Obviously a massive privacy concern, could be personal information.

High Temp Alert
Generally happy with the app - hardly any issues. However - I keep on getting a „high temp alert“ for my floor heating every 30mins, but everything is normal w heating.. no way to turn off these notifications, that‘s a bit annoying (I always have to edit & delete alerts)
Useless
We bought this to control our new infra red panels. Followed instructions to the letter. Changed wi fi to 2.4g as instructed but after countless attempts still can’t connect. Absolute useless application.
It’s OK but could do more...
I downloaded this to accompany an N-1 thermostat controlling some infrared panels. I now have it all working but “user friendly” would not be my first comment. Several enhancements would be most welcome:
1) Firstly, the N-1 “user manual” is a very skimpy 2-pager which is much more like a spec sheet. This gives the impression that configuration and operation via the App will be much easier than via the N1 display itself, but the N1 could do with a much more comprehensive manual giving full config and operation instructions. That could be published via this App alongside the FAQ function.
2) Secondly, there really needs a better “getting started” mode. The YouTube “wireless connection” video is very short, with irritating music rather than a helpful voiceover, and the screenshots are almost unreadable. It’s not clear whether Bluetooth is actually needed or just recommended, and if the scan fails to find the device then it seems to want the wireless password re-entered every time, rather than remembering it. Once you get past this hurdle, it fortunately seems to remember things, but not before.
3) Once connected and you get the hang of the structure and menus, it’s not too hard to create and rename homes, rooms, and devices, and assign them within each other - but the N1 itself seems unmoved by all this and still says “home” and “floor” etc. (cf the HIVE system, whereby if one renames the home via the HiveHub / cloud, then the Hive Controller adopts and shows you the new name). The N1 display really should update itself based on the App settings.
4) The three modes (comfort, eco and program) are OK as defaults but, again, customisation appears to be limited. Firstly, in “program” mode, the weekly schedule needs to be adjusted one-by-one for each day - it really needs a “copy Monday across Tuesday and the rest of the week” type of function. Also, the four time period names seem fixed as “Event1”, “Event2”, “Event3” and “Event4”. Even though you can change the target temperatures, and the start and end times, it’s frustrating not to be able to change the names. Finally, there is no separate display of the default targets for “eco” and “comfort”... they seem to show the same as for “program” mode. This area of the App really needs some serious work.
Please let us know when the next update is due.
