Can’t get past the first step in the app

I was sent to use this app by the Norwegian government, to reactivate my minID. The eid.difi.no website says everywhere that you “press continue” on the Nets website to download the app. It’s really unclear which website to go to and there is no simple “continue” button on either the developer or the customer website - all the websites I could find look like sales websites anyway. But that isn’t this app’s fault. In any case, the user experience is pretty bad on this app even from the first step - I need to scan a QR code or enter a code even to activate the app! And I have no idea where to get this from. So lol, I can’t even get into the app to experience all the amazing bugs that the other reviews mentioned. I’m very confused about who is using this and if the Norwegian government is any idea that it is so hard - I bet no one actually uses it.

Does not work at all.

A really bad piece of software. Does not work with passports or other valid identification cards.

Doesn’t Work

The passport scanner does not work . In my desktop computer the Apple app store says the NETS app is unavailable in the U S. I can download however from the app store on my iphone 7. The app does not scan! Frustrated beyond belief!
