Camera will not bind with app useless do not buy
Yes more Chinese rubbish , stuck it up outside , thats what i got it for , kept losing wifi signal . Now wont bind at all , so completely useless.
Suddenly half the cameras don’t connect
Getting network unstable for half the cameras this week even though nothings changed on camera settings or my network. Something change on the server or how the app connects to cameras?

I’m unable to use the camera as the app doesn’t connect.

I lived at another adress and i have changed my phone number aswell after i moved out. I can not connect the cameras at my new adress with my new phone nr. Please help. Used previouslly without any kind of problem, its a great product and i am verry happy about it.

These cameras work. They do work. However, having my WiFi hacked along with the cameras themselves from people in Wuhan (where the cameras come from) obviously means somebody on the app is taking advantage of our personal details.

I have a couple of cameras at various locations in different states that I have set up.. The set up is a bit complicated however just follow the instructions that come with the camera.. I have been using this now for over 12 months and all working well still
No video found
Have plenty of video alerts but when I go to watch them it says could not find the video

If I could give it zero stars I would but to write a review it’s a minimum one star.Worst product ever! Don’t waste your money buying it. Worked for a couple of minutes the first time then when it disconnected so we could put it where we wanted it to be, it wouldn’t re connect. It wouldn’t even let me log into the account with the correct details I registered with and requested a Chinese telephone phone number from me to verify my details. Being in Australia and not in China, I obviously don’t have a Chinese number! Cannot operate this thing in any way I’ve tried.
In some way I’m glad it doesn’t work as I wouldn’t trust having this thing in the house and everything being fed back to China including our conversations etc

Loses internet connection and difficult to reconnect
My 2 cameras worked well enough once I got them connected the first time around. I have not been able to reconnect them after we replaced our WIFI router. Didn’t help when a cell phone update disabled the Phone speaker ‘connection’ to the Netsee app. My phone can’t play the ‘Bonding’ tones used to link the cameras. Haven’t found any helpful troubleshooting tips yet. /:

Two cameras running ok on this app for 4 months now app will not connect to both. Tried everything it will not work
Don’t waste your money
The set up process is really complex. Once you getting to the pairing stage it sends out an audio signal to do the binding. Instructions tell you to turn up your volume when do long this bit it really hurts your ears. When you get through this you find that the app does not have the features shown in the manual. This is a big problem because if says you can flip the image if the camera is upside down. After 1 hour, of looking the feature and others is just not there. As I this is my situation you just can’t use it. So it doesn’t do what it says and the setup is really trying. Try something else and bypass this really useless product.

No manual function for the camera
DO NOT LOSE POWER OR REMOVE CAMERA FROM THE APPS DEVICES! you will never be able to re connect camera to the app ever again, learnt the hard way and now have to go return the camera to JayCar

It keeps going OFFLINE. I am a Carer for my elderly mother. She lives about 20 minutes’ drive away. I was depending on this camera to help me watch over her whilst I am away. I have to go back and spend a Long Time trying to reconnect to WiFi network. Very stubborn. It takes many tries and is obstinate. It is hard to reconnect to get it back ONLINE. Waste of money. Cost me in trips to get it to work. Don’t Buy!

Easy to setup - but limited functionality
The camera and app were very easy to setup - the binding screen is a little odd (asking for the password you your wifi router from within the app) .... but once I had found that it all worked.
The problem with this system is that the motion detector is far too sensitive ... basically it takes a new 15 second video every 15 seconds (since the wind moves a leaf in view or the sun goes behind a cloud). There are only three sensitivity settings - which don't seem to make any difference. ... so you now need to scroll through 5,760 15 second clips for a day if set for 24 hour use. Motion detect really needs to identify on much bigger objects to be useful.
I wanted to use this as a security camera system - but don't think I can put up with constant vibrate alert on phone (it flattens the battery as well as being annoying)

The camera working for 5min then always offline. Looks like software problem. Something wrong with the server or the app. Without the app the camera is useless. Very disappointing
Room for improvement, but not bad!
I managed to set up my camera to the app within 5mins.. the only thing I did wrong was keep my phone on silent when I was pairing the camera to the app. The camera picks up sounds from your for to connect.
Some improvements could be made..
1) send a notification the camera detects motion.
2) the alarm only sounds once.. it would be good if the alarm kept going until no movement is detected.
3) the ability to send straight from the alarm recording file.. instead of recording the recording, then sending.
If the app had these functions, I would surly give it 5 stars.
