Tv ott app

Isnt really worth it, i’ve bought a package and trying to watch from the app for over a day now, and of all this time i’ve only watched it buffering, doesn’t have in app technical support. Tried emailing these guys and got no response, person on the messenger customer support seems is helpful but seems like it takes a bit long to take the message back and forth. I think my money’s down the drain. Wouldn’t recommended.

Im really not satisfied with your Prabhu tv with classictech and also with mobile app...
There is no movies in your movies segment and there is no recording of live tv ...
And why don’t you inform the costumer you don’t have facilities like Nettv . I had paid for 14 months but I paid price similar to Nettv ...

App Crash

Whenever we try to open the app, it closes itself. It has been 1 month I am facing this problem. Please allow this service without GEO-location enabled on the system so that people living abroad can use this app.

Need more channels

This app is crap. There is no world’s best TV channels: Star movies, Cinemax, HBO, Discovey, Animals Planet etc.

What the hell is this?

The main reason why I switched to NETTV from Max TV is NETTV provided multi-screen feature and now why I am not getting this feature?

Limited channel list

The setup box contains alot of channel where as the app contains just a handful of it. When will we be able to explore more channel just like in the setup box?
