Fraud and Fake Speed
Always shows wrongs results, during testing it shows one speed and final result is higher number than testing speed, it happens every time, stream test completely useless, video is always low quality, but results is always shows good performance 2k support, loading wpt sites other scam, loading outdated sites for review. I never install this app again even jio suggest speed for there network.

App crash immediately after you try to open it. Total garbage app. It is almost more than 6 month I told team Jio about it but no use, but for slow speed complaints they want speed test from net velocity. LOL. Don’t waste your time on this app.
No updates from 3 years
I think developer also not interested to develop this app further so not providing app updates from 3 years. It doesn't recognize ESim so you can't test network speed
Doesn’t work!
Tried installing it as advised by jio care to check my jio fibre speed (they apparently rely on this app’s results). But, it never works on my iPhone 6s. It doesn’t open despite of uninstalling it and reinstalling it again and agaiin. Not sure if it even works. Time and energy wasted! 👎🏻
App not working..
Suddenly the app is shutting down within a second of trying to open it.. deleted and reloaded the app.. still same problem persists...
App is not opening in iPhone 7 Plus
Netvelocity app is not opening since last few days. On clicking the app icon, it gets closed immediately. All other apps working fine. Reinstallation of app also done still issue not resolved. Also my phone firmware is up to date. Kindly support to resolve the issue.
