Best Podcsst App
I've been using this for podcasts for years. It does everything I want, doesn't hide features behind paywalls, and looks beautiful while doing it. Every once in a while, I'll go look at lists of best podcast apps, and try some of the ones listed as best. I always come back to this one. I'm not saying it's perfect. I wish some of the navigation were at the bottom of the screen, rather than the top, so it would be easy to reach when using one-handed. And I wish you didn't get buried in nested menus sometimes. This isn't a concern for me because I do my podcast discovery outside the app, but it probably isn't great if you don't know what you want to listen to. But if you know what you want to listen to, want to have access to tools like playback speed adjustment, sleep timers, and control of skip forward and back intervals, and want your app to look good while offering reliable downloads and playback, this app deserves a try. Should be way higher ranked than it is.

Simple, perfect.
No bugs found yet. No unnecessary features or clutter. No complaints. Definitely worth a couple bucks.
Network works great.
Simple. Easy. Clean. It just works well. Search function works well too. One of the best apps on my phone.
Search results are abysmal
The search function doesn’t return any results for many podcasts, even well known Radio Lab doesn’t come up.
No function evident to download episodes. Will be asking for my money back.

Utter perfection. The best podcast client around.
As a UI designer, I think this is perfection. Nothing to attend to, no decisions to make. Just launch it, see freshly updated subscriptions lit up in color, listen to them. Genius.
There's really nothing missing here... although I'm not a huge fan of the squar eicon.

This app does everything exactly as I would set up other podcast apps. Combine that with a beautiful UI and icon, perfect.
watch element
I have tried a few podcast apps and this one is the only one in which the watch part of the app works consistently well. This is important to me. Thanks

Everything I Want from a Podcast App and Nothing More.
I bought this app mainly because of the Apple Watch support. I was skeptical about how useful it would be due to the minimal design, but after using it for a few days I realize it covers every feature I actually care about. The interface is simple, yet attractive, and all the information you need about every podcast is presented clearly and concisely. I have now deleted all my other podcast apps, and use this one exclusively.

Love it but
There's only so much minimalism before it gets difficult to use. Maybe a "settings" button would make it perfect? I do like it a lot though
Unusable
Things that made this a waste of money (item is non-returnable):
1. Episode titles don't show in most episodes. Descriptions appear from the end, not leaving space for the title (a very uninformative, ugly sight).
2. No control over data usage.
3. The thing with having to tap, as opposed to the previous swipe, to download the other reviewer to talks about here is also extremely annoying.

Clean & Minimal
Easy to use, looks great, does everything I need it to. Only problem is the new download button.
Excellent minimal player
Works well and is *very* fast. Less than 2 seconds to start listening from dead launch.

Always good to have another option for podcasts. Many of them are very complicated, but this one keeps it simple. Good work!

Great player, confusing UI choices
This was, and pretty much still is, my favorite podcast player. For whatever reason, the dev decided to use a square for adding new podcasts and a circle to take you to the "now playing" screen. After months of use, this is still confusing.
Please, please, please use standard icons, Mr. Dev! There's absolutely no need to reinvent icons for commonly used functions, particularly when the icons are so abstract that they lose all meaning.
This was a five star app before the odd UI updates.

High hopes but we must part
I had high hopes for this app. Maybe it was just too simplistic in its approach. But when improvements are seen as step backs by many users and bugs continue to crawl its time to say goodbye.
If you listen to under 10 podcasts this app may suffice but when you want an app that gives you a simple layout, intuitive controls, with more powerful features try a more popular app. I recommend PodCruncher.

Edit** I should add that I use bluetooth headphones to pause and continue. Worked fine before last 2 updates (I didnt update last time so I am not sure if the bug started this update or last)
Pls fix. Other wise 4 1/2 stars.

However update made all previously listened to podcasts to be reset to some random time remaining. Ability to mark podcasts played has also been removed.
Request:
Please include a switch or some way to turn on and off downloading for each podcast. When finding and listening to a new podcast I always listen to all the older episodes first thus dling newer ones just takes up space.
