A useful little app

Always find I need more than one app to diagnose any network issue. They all differ slightly in what and how easy the info is to access or simply the way it's presented to you is better for the task in hand.

What the what???

I have know knowledge of ever downloading this on my phone or watch which confuses me nor do I understand this app. I'm really upset and I feel violated . Please explain????
