Stopped working for iPhone 14 Pro

No longer shows a map and seems glitchy. Used to work okay on my iPhone 12. Please fix.

Garbage

An elementary student could make this app function better.

Doesn’t work

Save your money. App doesn’t work.

Cannot Log In

I can log into mobile browser, but not this app. Says wrong username/password.

Finally formatted for x and above screens

A big improvement but still needs more than just basic functionality

Horrible!

I manage a fleet of 40 vehicles and I need to this app to urgently start functioning properly. This is not what I was promised when making a decision on what tracking service to go with. Please fix this app ASAP‼️‼️‼️‼️

Junk!

Finger print access & table view

When will this app have the ability to be opened using the iPhone fingerprint access as most apps now allow. Also it would be helpful to spreadsheet/table type view with rows showing each asset along with a status and address location on one screen. This would be helpful for quick glances to see where all assets are located instead of having to zoom in to each asset on the map to find the exact location. Other fleet tracking services offer both the fingerprint password and this other the view, why not Verizon?

Improvements Needed

This app would be good on the managers end if it would give last reporting date and time of the devices. This info is helpful when diagnosing non reporting units. Otherwise, it is good for locating units within a fleet.

Worst app ever created

They should fire whoever did this and whoever approved it. This app is the absolutely useless. I hope a monkey created it instead of an actual human. I will be cancelling my service and switching to a more user friendly company if they don't do something quick.

Seriously?

When talking to networkfleet reps when deciding a gps system to go with I asked about app support. They had told me that I would be able to see in real time the location of all my vehicles. This is not true I will not see the vehicle in real time it takes about 3 minutes to update locations. I was also told I would be able to see the vehicles current address. This again is not true I can't see any address locations so finding a vehicle is darn near impossible. Also when searching for a vehicle I can put in the vehicle number and it brings up a list that does not include the vehicle. I'm sorry but you need to really fix this app. It's not like you don't have the available people.

Wasted effort.

This app is crap. I would think a company with the resources of Verizon behind them could at least hire someone to develop a useful app. I don't need full diagnostics to be available on my app but I would like location, speed, and direction of travel when I click on a vehicle.
They didn't even put directions with this app, and I am already tired of guessing how to navigate into what I want to see. Now that I have explored the app I see that it is almost worthless.
Spend some money Verizon, maybe even ask some of your customers what they would like in an app. Then start over!!

The app is completely useless if you can't click on the vehicle and right away show you where they're at . Same thing with unit lists , it doesn't show what zip code or city and state they're located in . Without that this app is useless .

Pretty Worthless

Missing basic functions. Seems like the release was rushed to try and silence all of the complaints that they didn't have a mobile app. You expect much better from the largest wireless provider in the country. Was disappointed in day one and still not any happier with network fleet. Can't wait until my contract is up so I can rip them out of all of my company vehicles. Counting the days.

Terrible as of now!

This app is not built well at all. It lacks basic functions that should be easy to do. You have to manually search by typing a vehicle name rather than just tapping them in your fleet view. The basic function of gps tracking is lacking the most in this app. Hopefully this gets an overhaul soon, even though it's brand new!

Excellent

Improved a lot compared to 1.0

Glad it's here, but...

It's too difficult to quickly locate vehicles. It needs a vehicle list feature similar to the web-site.
