Neuro ProActive

The Neuro ProActive platform uses the experience of six qualified and regulated therapy disciplines to coordinate neurological rehabilitation and long-term care. Physiotherapists, Speech & Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Dietitians, Clinical Psychologists and Arts Therapists combine to form a multi-disciplinary team for each patient. Neuro ProActive is suitable for NHS and Private practice. Patients can appoint up to three family members for additional support. Each member of the patient’s team can then communicate via our end-to-end encrypted messaging and video calling functions. Therapists use their own encrypted cloud storage facility to prescribe specific exercises to their patients and form a rehabilitation program for each patient. The patient’s individual journal provides a way to visually track progress and Therapists can remotely monitor this progress and adjust the program accordingly.
