The website says an error occurred, and the app has no way to begin whatever needs to be initiated either.

I’m having trouble with app taking my password. I tried several times.
Clinician code requirement should be on first screen!
The app requires you to create an account, then asks you a gazillion survey questions, then conducts a lengthy hearing test, and THEN tells you that you have to have a clinician code to use the app!! How about state that up front so as not to waste people’s time not knowing that little tidbit? Super irritating! 1 star.
