Bluetooth not connecting

Waste of time downloading this app for my 100ah neuton lithium battery as Bluetooth locates the device but will not then connect. It just sits there loading over a zero percent state of charge symbol. Battery tested with multimeter and is fully charged.

Worked initially for both my batteries, but now the Bluetooth will only connect to one, the other is there but cannot connect

Just purchased a new battery o. Premise of App. The App is useless, rarely connect regardless of Bluetooth enable device i have used. Please fix this app.
