Been using the website for over a year with zero issues. Move over to the ritchie app & no loyalty is recognized. Move over to the stores official app and it doesn’t recognize my log ins, my loyalty or anything. It doesn’t actually work at all and now the website points to it without working properly.

What happened?
The latest update is not good at all. I used to get notifications on my phone with the newest deals, now nothing. To be honest it was a lot easier to navigate before too.

App is wack! Hard to navigate. Doesn’t work properly. Orders and money goes missing and it’s a big headache just use the regular site or in person..
App does not work
I’ve used this app for a while but the last few weeks every time I go to shop the app won’t let me it wants to know my email which I’m already signed in for tracking purposes. Then when I add my email nothing happens it doesn’t work it won’t let me shop it won’t let me do a single thing in the app. I tried to report it as a problem with the App Store but it would not allow me to do so. The app is updated there’s no reason for it to not be functional.

Terrible App
This app never works for me. It likes to say im out of state when I am not. Preventing me from even browsing the website. Recently I have ran into a new issue on the app where it will not show me the menu, instead I am being told my email needs to be "authenticated" , I submit my email and nothing happens. Over and over it will now not allow me to use the app to browse products. So I decided to use the website. To my surprise the website has given fake email for contact. Also when I attempt to login on the website the website states that I am using the incorrect password or login information. Which is incorrect because I just reset my password so I know I am using the correct most recent password. Horrible to have an app running and website running without running tests / making sure it's working properly.
