Not the Most User Friendly
I have tried many times to order from NFD and just given in. I had points from following on social media that just got lost; it kept telling me there were items in my bag that I couldn’t remove; Apple Pay is at the top of the page that disappears when you try and pay; the shipping amount goes up and down when you try and add an address; the page keeps refreshing….. it’s exhausting!!!!

Never disappoints
Whatever I have ordered over the years, I can honestly say I’ve been thrilled with everything ! I’m always eager to get my delivery. Every item including Skirts ,cardigans, pyjamas, and shirts the styles stand out from the crowd !
Shopping addiction
I absolutely love NFD. The fit, style and quality is fabulous.i love thst the clothes are unique and if I had one critical comment it would be I’d love it if they had a Tall section especially for trousers as I’m 6ft tall but the trousers are just too short. I love everything I’ve bought over the years xxx

Fix the app
Clothes seem great but the app is not usable. So many bugs and it lags so much. Not worth downloading, if they can’t get the app sorted probably not worth buying the clothes either

All the items I have purchased have the feel good factor . They brighten my day and people often comment on the beautiful colours . The sequins are my favourite and you can dress them up or down .
