REALLY Doesn’t Function!!!
This is some sort of scam - don’t fall for it.

the app kept telling me there was an error in the cloud without any suggestions on what to do.

This app has very good potential, but only if it actually worked if it isn’t being updated and you know, the developers know that people are writing that it’s not working then take it off the App Store because you do not need more people download it and having it look like people are downloading your app like it is some million plus downloads when right now it is absolutely garbage and otherwise it would be a awesome app

It Really Works
It waited on hold for 32 minutes, then called me—and the agent o other side was waiting for me! Fantastic!
If it doesn’t work for you on the first try, then do this: call the number yourself and take note of your answers to the questions they ask.
Then I put those answers into the app, to make it very clear for the AI to get transferred to the right department. Also, if you’re required to put in a long string of numbers, it works better to spell out each number rather than inputting in the actual numbers. For example, type in “zero one two three four.” instead of 01234.
Even if it takes a couple times to get it right, it’s better than waiting on hold for 45 minutes!

I’m been waiting for an app like this
For so long whenever I would call my doctor or my bank I would find myself being on hold for sometimes hours at a time never knowing when they would call me back. This app is exactly what I needed, I didn’t have to be anxious that I would miss their call and now I don’t have to worry anymore. Great stuff.

Very helpful
I often call the local boarding pet store to make reservations for my dog. Usually the hold is 15 minutes and Never Hold saved me time. Simple to use interface enter the numbers and what option you want to get connected and the AI assistant does the job for you. You get a connecting call when somebody is on the other side of the line. Cool app.

Scary good
Was a bit skeptical at first, but after using it a few times I gotta say my mind was blown. It waited on hold FOR THREE HOURS.
