App not supporting ios
Tried entering mobile number and submitted app got crashed
Worst app
App doesn’t work. When you not the mobile number it abruptly gets closed. No chance to mark 0 star so rated 1 star.
The app simply crashes once the mobile number is entered
I am using an iPhone 12 Pro. OS version 17.6.1. Whenever I try logging in , the closes / crashes once I enter the mobile number is keyed in.
Not sufficient QA is done. The developers should be cognizant of the fact that this app is being used by 1000s of parents and sufficient testing should have been done.
The provider should have an alternate platform like website where we can login and check for information if the app fails.
I’m surprised how the school adapts an app of inferior quality and puts in all crucial information to be accessed by the parents.
