Payment frequency
I really wish you had biweekly payments available. If you did, I would be ahead of time with my payments and a lot less likely to forget because I would be enrolled in auto pay. I get paid biweekly not by monthly not on a specific date so I can’t enroll in auto pay.

I have had a lot of experience with mortgage servicer in my 70 years existence and this is one of the best if not the best servicer. They have given me low interest and great customer service since the first time I have been a customer. A job well done!!

Principal option A+
I like that they openly have the option to pay extra on the principal as opposed to other companies that hide that option and require a mailed check or a phone call in hopes to keep the loan full term at full interest gains.
App Issues
Been having issues with my autopay working and it’s one of those things where I don’t want to overpay. It says my autopay is on but didn’t draft me and now I live in fear of overdraft since idk if they’re going to autopay me later. Also the app is absolutely terrible at providing tax information. The area labeled “tax information” did not help my tax person in the least.

Useless since update
It takes four taps to trigger the actual login since the update ( instead of it working automatically to trigger security check). Load time is loooong. And then you can’t get into the so without declining to get push notifications from the app EVERY time. Takes 2 minutes to get to the dashboard and jumping through hoop’s. This version is useless.

I’ve had the best experience with NAF. Don Menke, my lender was the absolute best! He answered all questions and stayed involved even after the closing was done! I HIGHLY recommend NAF and SUPER highly recommend Don!!
This app always has problems
Every few months I have problems logging into the app.
Bad update
For three years, I’ve had no problems with the app and now with this last update I can’t login. I can’t reset my password. It gives me an error with everything I do.
Why did it change
This used to be a great app. I used to be able to make extra payments and indicate where the payment should be applied; such as principle, escrow, etc. However now all I can do is make an extra payment who knows how it will be applied. This is a terrible change!
