who pays for cab apps
being charged for a ride app is so Ridiculous
Do not recommend using App!!!
I downloaded the app made a reservation only to call the company asking how much longer for the car to get to me only, to be told the drivers see the reservation but DON’T PICK UP THE TRIP. If that is the case might I recommend they REMOVE this from the App Store as this is extremely misleading!!
NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE
This place is the reason Uber and Lyft exist. They tell you a car will be there in 7 minutes. 20 minutes later you call and they say, “2 minutes away”. 10
Minute go by and no car so you call again. “Oh he is two blocks away, sorry traffic.”
50 MINUTES LATER THEY STOP
TAKING YOUR CALLS AND YOU GET ANOTHER TEXT SAYING THE CAR IS 17 MINUTES AWAY.
If you actually need a car, NEVER use these guys.

Why only cash?
I mean you guys are great. I used to use New Bell all the time for local trips in the Brooklyn Area but it would be really really really nice and convenient if we could pay through the app with credit cards. You should work on updating the app and your service to accommodate that, otherwise I wouldn’t be have stopped using it.
