I tried it once and it worked but now it doesn’t even move

The app and Car work perfectly fine for me except the dash cam app only works over a certain range like about 1-5 feet

I got this as a Christmas present last year. I loved it but now when I try it, it doesn’t show up on the app. I did everything to connect with no luck. Please fix this.But otherwise this rc car is amazing.I like the suspension and the working lights and also the 4x4 drive.Please fix this and make it great again.Thank you for reading this.

This app simply doesn’t work. I followed the instructions to the letter. My phone connects to the wifi’s transmission from the car but the app won’t connect.
Software out of date
Software didn’t work with current IOS, it needs updated. Tried on several devices.
App does not work
I connect to WiFi as instructions say but it doesn’t register in the app itself and video does not come up. I now have twin 4 year old little boys crying and upset because they were so excited to see the video. 🤦🏻♀️ They Don’t understand why it’s not working and still ask throughout the day for me to connect it. Even tried charging the batteries themselves. Worst Christmas present ever.

This stupid toy won’t connect to my iPhone, and has my 8 year upset about it! I feel like I got scammed into buying this thing, thinking it would be a wicked cool present for my, it’s not. This needs to be fixed!
Will not connect with Apple products
Tried several apple products and they will not connect to the product. Tried with some Samsung phones and no problem working at all. Unfortunately this causes an issue as all the kids have apple products so one of the adults has to hand over their phone to the kids to use. Frustrating!
