Love the game but for some reason I try to enter a gift code it won’t work and then tells me 20 characters every single time
Won’t allow me to get character
I have 190 shards for a SSJ character and the game wont allow me to recruit. Waste of time and money. What a joke
Supper annoying
Having issues using the “free gifts” codes. I’ve messaged support about it but no luck. Game is pretty good for the most part but not being able to participate in the give always is super annoying and makes me feel like they use that to gain more downloads.

The main screen icon is mess up.

Horrible support
I’ve been trien for over a month to contact any type of support I won a event never got my prize I met all the requirements it said and got nothing also they have combo cards I met the requirements for 3 of them yet can’t get them or find out how to get them I tried the Facebook page but because the person didn’t like my comment how there’s no support or how I’m still owed a prize from a event they blocked me they take out money but when you need assistance there’s none to be found

Good game
Liked playing the game and would like to enjoy playing again, but unfortunately nobody has gotten back with on trying to reset my password for my account, since there’s no option to do anything when you load the game back up. Also like to point I had just recently reinstalled and the r sometime away from the game and this issue is the only thing keeping me from enjoying the game again.

I would like to point out that the ad calls it “the real dragon ball game” and yet uses footage from dragon ball legends and In the game it uses sprites from dragon ball fighterz (at least when it can) as well as icons from dragon ball z Dokkan battle
Fake advertising but a good game.
The game is good and I’m having fun! But they have an advertisement that says you get 200 free spins. And when I got it I never got none,but it’s a good game.But fake advertising isn’t going to get a good game out of this.

So I saw your ad on YouTube and it was cool and all but I really like dragon ball themed games so I was like what the heck why not so I continued watching the ad and it mentioned 200 summons for new players and I did not ever play this game before and then I realized that I needed to add a video to YouTube about your game and it immediately made me wanna stop playing because not only was I lied to but you guys want me to publicize for you so it’s a strong no from me
