Teachers are great: Miss Barbara: Amazing talent. Just this call 3 days ahead, when those who call & don't come keeps others out of the class. Class space should be relocated in floor exercise area for that 45 minutes!

Forma Gym

The other day I was lucky enough to meet Amit Elors our US Olympic Gold Medal Women’s Wrestling Champion! We passed each other coming and going from the womens locker room . What a very nice girl! So friendly! It was a real honor to meet her. I guess Forma gym trains Olympic athletes!

I find the classes listed to be educational in mind, body and spirit for all ages. And instructors are very helpful, kind and friendly.
