It’s worse
This app upgrade is worse. At least with the old app I could log into my accounts.
The new app has me locked out. I need my member number. I’ve never been given my FULL member number.
I get a partial
Member number on all of my late notices, that aren’t late because it’s automatically drafted out of my NOFFCU accounts, the member life insurance offers and when new board members take office.
I wish I knew how to scam, SO I CAN ACCESS MY ACCOUNTS. I can’t even verify that I am human!!

Don’t do it
If I could give it 0 stars I would. It’s absurd you can’t freely transfer money between vetted and confirmed accounts with out limits. Not to mention the insane almost 2 week delay on any check over 10k.
If I wasn’t gifted an account with NOFFCU when I was 5 back in 92 I would never, never advise anyone ever open an account with them.
Even a simple wire transfer or ACH deposit during business hours takes days.
I’ve been with them over 30yrs because of loyalty, and it ain’t worth it. Still incredible when trying to move as little as 5k usd is an epic event for them. Don’t even try to have them convert the currency for you to another bank, by the time they approve it the other currency rates change and it starts all over again.

Trying to see my info but it keeps saying error, what’s going on with the app?

Freezing with new update
The new update causes it to freeze when trying to view individual account details. Have to keep completely closing the app (swiping up on Home Screen) and then retrying it till it works.
Access denied
Use to love this app, but now I have tried using it and it keeps giving me “error” access denied. What can I do?

There’s not even a sign up option available, so I can’t even create an account.

Never works for me
Every time I try to log on it gives me an error. So I can only do my banking online.
Fix mobile deposit
It won’t let me deposit checks it’s always gives me a error. this is ridiculous need to be fixed,had this same problem with the last app.thought this new one would have fixed it nope

The new app is great! I can do so much more in it. Bill pay is easy from my phone. And finally I can deposit checks from this app instead of having a second app.

No way to pay bills
Doesn’t include bill pay! NOFFCU took it off the website with the update and out of the mobile version. How are we to pay bills electronically like we’ve done for over a decade with NOFFCU?

Hi, Scoty147!Bill Pay was not online the day of launch, but we pushed that out shortly after. Our new app allows you to pay bills, manage payees, and much more! You can also deposit checks now from the same app! Thanks for being a member!

Thank you NOFFCU for the update to our app and online banking platform. I absolutely love having one login and being able to see all of the accounts that I am on in one place. This update has made my home banking experience so much easier!
