Why pre order?

I have twice pro ordered from here a pick up at a certain time, awesome you would think huh?

Well no, they make the order when you get there? Sorry but that isn’t what a pre order is? When I asked about it the manager said that’s how they do things!!!
So I gave them two chances, the food was great, but I don’t work that way. If I order say for 7:30 my wife will be passing on her way home from work, she wants to call in say the name for the order and go.

So, we’ll be using another chippy that knows what pre ordering means.
