This app could get people in financial trouble
On multiple occasions, including right now, this app will show that I have significantly more money than I actually have. Then it will randomly correct in a few days. Two days ago I logged in and it showed the correct balance at first, then randomly it refreshed and added over $400 to the balance. Two days later, and it's still off that much. This isn't the first time this has happened, and if I didn't pay close attention, this could get me into a really bad situation. It's frustrating that I can't trust my banking app to know what my balance is. Makes me hesitant to use it for anything else.

Why is it popping up as soon as i click on the app it says update so i click on it and takes me right to the app I’ve already have and it doesn’t say in it to or anything to click on to do the update so why is it doing that and i can’t get on because that on screen saying update, but not seeing where to update it,anyone or tell me why it’s doing this?

New Peoples System
This is the most awful “up-to-date” app I have ever used. I can’t keep up with any of my transactions from NPB anymore, I am constantly being double-charged (pending payments) that continuously put me in the negative, IM NOT EVEN SET UP TO GO IN THE NEGATIVE! This app & this new system is absolutely terrible. I will be switching banks soon. The whole set up for new peoples now is pathetic and a waste of time.

I love the New Peoples app the changes they made confuse me at first But they are easy to understand and it did not take me long on track. The app helps keep me informed and be able to keep track of my money, faster and better.
Ok but issues
Will not allow me to log out. When selecting “sign out” brings me to enter “4 digit passcode”. When doing so brings me back to dashboard. Must force quit to log out. Interface nice but dont really use because of the bug.

I only have issues with this bank and this app! Trying hard to convince my spouse to move our 5 accounts with a significant amount of revenue to a proper bank. My days here are limited.
Terrible Execution
The app is literally broken as we speak. I’m tired of being locked out of my money because new peoples can’t pull it together.

This app will not let me login I have tried everything and keep saying I don’t have online account the other app was a lot more better than this one I never had the trouble like this one has given me
Hate it
This new system is harder to use especially if you have more than one account in your name. Your home screens shows all transactions in all accounts which is confusing (like why is my daughters paycheck in my checking account - oh wait its not really). It dont show any past paid bills in billing system so have no idea when things were paid last. Wish they would bring the old one back

System runs faster, but number of touches per transaction seems to have increased.
Debits View
Unable to see the name of debit until it has fully cleared. It shows as DBA Until after it clears. I do not like that cause I am trying to figure out where that charge is coming from.

The old app was dated and difficult to use. This one is a much better user experience.
