They don’t seem to have any customer service representation. I paid for 1 year and it gave me 1 month snd then the app stopped working. It is telling me I must pay again to use the app. So they took one year subscription from me and gave me one month. No one will answer me from their management. I’ve reached out time and again. The initial subscription was fir 1 year … a continuous subscription that us supposed to renew in one year. I am keeping an eye on them and hoping that they do not try to take my money out of my account at renewal time. I am calling to have whoever owns this app blocked.

False advertisement
Purchased only to find that the cartoon images for all photos on every person looks exactly the same. The option shows various cartoons but no choices of pastel, lighting or anything. Canceling immediately.

this app is unusable unless you pay for it. to even receive your 2d image, it asks you to upgrade or watch a video. you can only watch an ad once, then it only asks you to upgrade. awful

Face not recognized error
Continually gives no face recognized error when attempting to upload a photo from the app or from stored photos.
Too much for too little and a faulty app
I am very disappointed. It really has only 2 options, and I paid for a year of it. The erase function doesn’t work. The app has stalled out and forced me to restart my iPad every third image I try. The app just hangs up and freezes. I have other apps like this that are far better. I was expecting more, and the only more I am getting is problems. I hope they get this working better now. It might have seemed awesome four years ago, but not much at all now.

They only give you 2 choices at first, then you pay for more choices ( over $30) and they still only give you 2 choices!!!!

App does not do what the photos in the ads say it does. It only does crappy 2D flattened illustrations that are poor quality. I want a refund.
