Had a time estimate. When it ran out I checked with the app and they were prompt in responding and told me it was en route. Even when there are difficulties they were excellent as was the food

If there was 1 slight criticism it’s that you can’t easily jump to a particular type of product ie if your looking for say a Biryani dish you have to scroll through all options to get there.
